岗位职责
- 60% – Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance agencies, leaders, and professionals
- 40% – Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and growth potential
- Promote IMM’s professional offerings, including:
- Industry publications & media platforms
- Professional training & certifications
- Conferences, awards, and international initiatives
- Participate in and support seminars, professional sharing sessions, and industry events
- Travel outstation or international when required for business exposure and growth
