Requirements
A bachelor's degree in Fire Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Experience in sales and the technology field.
Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
The ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.
Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
Good leadership and sales team management working skills.
Good Knowledge in Fire Industry.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies for Foam Suppression Systems and Fire Protection Systems;
Identify, pursue, and manage new business opportunities and key accounts;
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth;
Conduct product and solution presentations to customers, consultants, developers, and end users;
Carry out specification ("spec-in") activities with consultants, designers, and authorities;
Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, including system concepts and solution recommendations;
Perform site visits, surveys, and technical meetings to assess project requirements;
Support system testing, commissioning, and acceptance in coordination with project and technical teams;
Liaise closely with Principals, manufacturers, customers, consultants, developers, contractors, and internal teams;
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements related to fire protection systems;
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management review;
Any additional tasks deemed necessary
