Job Description

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent

  • Friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented

  • Able to communicate in basic English & Bahasa Malaysia

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entertainment environment

  • Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays

  • Ability to commute/relocate: Legoland Malaysia (Johor) — able to commute reliably or planning to relocate before starting work

Responsibilities

  • Assist and guide guests in playing arcade / carnival games

  • Ensure all game booths are clean, safe, and well-prepared

  • Operate game machines and handle tokens/prizes

  • Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests

  • Maintain booth equipment and report any issues to supervisor
