任职资格
SPM or above; 1+ year customer service experience preferred
Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written); basic Korean/Japanese language skills are an advantage
Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Quick learner, adaptable to new tools and processes
Willing to work rotational shifts (evenings, weekends, holidays)
Applications are limited to Malaysian citizens/permanent residents

Provide customer support via phone, email, and other channels
Communicate with customers in Mandarin and English
Record and follow up on customer feedback to ensure resolution
Maintain and improve knowledge bases and workflows
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
