Job Description

Requirements

  • SPM or above; 1+ year customer service experience preferred

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written); basic Korean/Cantonese language skills are an advantage

  • Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills

  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

  • Quick learner, adaptable to new tools and processes

  • Willing to work rotational shifts (evenings, weekends, holidays)

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via phone, email, and other channels

  • Communicate with customers in Mandarin and English; Korean/Cantonese is a plus

  • Record and follow up on customer feedback to ensure resolution

  • Maintain and improve knowledge bases and workflows

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
