Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on XHS Campaign Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Xiaohongshu (XHS / RedNote). This role is responsible for building brand presence, driving content engagement, and supporting campaign performance through strategic content planning, creator coordination, and data-driven optimization.

• 2+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, influencer marketing, or campaign management.

• Strong understanding of XHS content formats, audience behavior, and campaign mechanics.

• Excellent written communication skills in English and preferably Mandarin.

• Experience with content planning, campaign execution, and performance reporting.

• Ability to analyze data and convert insights into campaign improvements.

• Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.

• Detail-oriented, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Plan and execute XHS campaigns aligned with brand and business goals.

• Develop content strategies tailored for XHS audience behavior and platform trends.

• Write, brief, and optimize XHS posts, campaign concepts, and promotional content.

• Coordinate with creators, influencers, KOLs/KOCs, and internal stakeholders.

• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights.

• Manage campaign calendars, timelines, and content deployment schedules.

• Work with designers, editors, and video teams to deliver platform-appropriate assets.

• Track competitors, trends, hashtags, and platform updates to improve campaign effectiveness.

• Support community engagement and audience growth initiatives on XHS.
