Requirements

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills,

  • Proactive with a strong sense of responsibility,

  • Enjoys interacting with people. Possesses a sales-driven mindset and excellent customer service attitude.

  • Willing to learn, motivated to achieve high-income targets, able to work independently, and a good team player. Candidates with sales experience are preferred, but training will be provided for those without experience.

Responsibilities

- 寻找 & 对接直播主播

- 安排主播直播时间

- 跟进主播出勤与合作

- 日常沟通、协调、照顾主播
