Requirements
Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings.
Handle administrative and documentation tasks.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Coordinate events, training, and team activities.
Support daily office operations and ad-hoc tasks.
Responsibilities
SPM and above are welcome to apply. A diploma qualification is an added advantage.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Responsible, proactive, and able to multitask.
A Mandarin speaker is required.
Location: Prai, Butterworth
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30 am-6 pm
