Job Details:

  • Position: Customer Service Executive 中文 【Banking & Insurance 】

  • Location: KL Sentral

  • Employment Type: Full-time

  • Working Days: Monday – Friday

  • Working Hours:9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Language Required: Simplified Mandarin & English (B2)

  • Salary: Competitive salary (Based on qualifications and relevant working experience) + Allowances

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree is required.

  • Able to communicate in Simplified Mandarin(reading, writing, and speaking) andEnglish (B2 or above).

  • Voice Call Centre / Customer Service experience is required.

  • Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, BPO, or Customer Service is an advantage but not mandatory.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

  • Able to work in a fast-paced customer service environment.

  • Basic computer literacy; experience using CRM systems is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries via inbound calls and email in a professional and timely manner.

  • Assist customers with banking and insurance-related enquiries, account services, payments, and general product information.

  • Resolve customer issues by providing accurate information and appropriate solutions.

  • Update customer records and service requests accurately in the CRM system.

  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex customer enquiries.

  • Escalate unresolved cases to the Team Leader when necessary.
