岗位职责
Responsible for the company's daily procurement operations, including local and overseas procurement (e.g., China, Taiwan, etc.).
Responsible for inquiries, price comparisons, and negotiations to ensure that procurement costs, quality, and delivery times meet company requirements.
Identify, develop, and evaluate new suppliers, and maintain good supplier relationships.
Follow up on purchase orders, delivery progress, logistics arrangements, and exception handling to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Handle procurement-related documents, including quotations, purchase orders (PO), contracts, and payment applications.
Assist with inventory management and replenishment planning to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
Coordinate procurement needs closely with the product department, warehouse, finance, and other departments.
Regularly compile procurement data, cost analysis, and related reports.
Continuously optimize the procurement process to improve procurement efficiency and reduce procurement costs.
Complete other related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
