Requirements
Handle customer inquiries, answer customer questions, and provide professional customer service.
Timely and effectively resolve customer issues and complaints encountered during product usage through various channels such as email and online chat.
Record and organize customer feedback to provide data support for product improvement and optimization.
Actively communicate with customers to build good customer relationships and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Familiar with company products and services, able to accurately introduce product features and advantages to customers.
Possess good communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
Able to withstand work pressure and maintain a positive and optimistic work attitude.
Possess SPM/'O' Level education or equivalent.
1-2 years of customer service related work experience is preferred.
