1. Team Leadership & Performance ManagementTeam Guidance & Coaching

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Acquisition Specialists to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly manuscript submission and revenue targets.
KPI Tracking & Performance Improvement

Monitor team performance metrics, including outreach volume, response rates, conversion pipelines, and sales progress. Identify performance gaps and implement effective improvement strategies.
Workflow Optimization

Develop, standardize, and optimize outreach scripts, email templates, and sales processes to improve team efficiency and maximize conversion rates.
2. Proactive Sales & New Account AcquisitionStrategic Market Expansion

Develop and execute proactive sales strategies to penetrate new academic disciplines, research fields, institutional markets, and international regions.
Institutional Account Development

Identify, engage, and secure high-value B2B opportunities, including university partnerships, research institution collaborations, and bulk journal submission agreements.
High-Value Negotiation & Deal Closing

Handle complex client discussions, address concerns, negotiate with senior researchers, professors, and institutional representatives, and successfully close strategic partnerships.
3. Lead Generation & Campaign StrategyData-Driven Lead Generation

Guide the team in utilizing global academic databases, including Scopus, EI, and SCI, to conduct targeted data mining and extract qualified researcher leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
Campaign Planning & Execution

Design and oversee large-scale, targeted email marketing campaigns to increase researcher engagement, improve response rates, and maintain a healthy acquisition pipeline.
4. Operational & Revenue ManagementEnd-to-End Author Journey Management

Oversee the complete author acquisition lifecycle, from initial manuscript submission and peer-review progress tracking to final publication.
APC Revenue Management

Take ownership of the team’s Article Processing Charge (APC) collection performance by monitoring payment workflows, ensuring timely follow-ups, and achieving revenue targets.
5. Database Management & Management ReportingData Accuracy & CRM Management

Ensure the team maintains accurate and well-organized records of global scholar leads, communication histories, client profiles, and engagement activities.
Performance Reporting & Strategic Insights

Analyze sales pipeline data, conversion trends, and market insights to provide actionable reports and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
