Requirements
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Act as the first point of contact for customer concerns, demonstrating empathy and a strong understanding of customer needs to de-escalate situations and find effective solutions.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and actions taken in the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently and to provide feedback on customer experience trends.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and contribute to the development of customer service best practices.
Communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin, ensuring clarity and understanding in all customer interactions.
Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and foster positive relationships.

Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to management for service enhancements.
Assist customers with onboarding processes, account management, and troubleshooting technical difficulties, ensuring a smooth and positive user journey.
Handle customer complaints with tact and professionalism, aiming to de-escalate situations and retain customer loyalty.
Contribute to building and maintaining positive customer relationships through consistent and reliable support.
Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering customer service, ensuring compliance and data security.
