Job Description

Requirements

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests from check-in to check-out.

  • Oversee daily front desk operations, including managing reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.

  • Train and supervise a team of front desk agents, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

  • Maintain accurate guest records and process payments efficiently using the hotel's Property Management System (PMS).

  • Assist with various hotel operations as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support the team.

  • Organize & good in administrative tasks.

  • Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.

  • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail in all tasks, from managing bookings to handling guest requests.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs, managing guest inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

  • Supervise and train front desk staff, providing guidance on service standards, operational procedures, and guest interaction to foster a high-performing team.

  • Manage & ensure accuracy in room inventory in OTA & reservations, and billing systems.

  • Assist in developing and implementing front desk procedures.

  • Coordinate with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless guest service delivery.

  • Prepare daily reports on front desk activities, occupancy rates, and guest feedback for management review.

  • Uphold hotel security procedures and policies, ensuring the safety and privacy of guests and their belongings.
