• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent) is an added advantage.

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

• Experience in the F&B, catering, hospitality, or retail industry is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of full set of accounts, budgeting, cash flow management, taxation, and financial reporting.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. SQL, AutoCount, or other ERP systems).

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Managerto lead our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, excellent leadership skills, and preferably experience in theF&B or catering industry.

• Oversee the full set of accounts and daily accounting operations.

• Prepare monthly management reports and financial statements.

• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting.

• Ensure timely preparation of payments, collections, and bank reconciliations.

• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, and relevant authorities.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, SST, tax, and statutory requirements.

• Review and improve accounting processes and internal controls.

• Supervise and mentor the accounts team.

• Prepare financial analysis and reports to support business decisions.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
