We’re looking for individuals who are:

  • Multilingual: Proficient in Mandarin/Cantonese to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients, Bahasa Malaysia, and English.

  • Customer-Focused: Humble, patient, and passionate about sales and service.

  • Driven: Fresh graduates or experienced sales professionals eager to achieve high income potential.

Work-Week:

  • Six (6) working days

Work Locations:

  • Kota Kemuning, Kajang, Semenyih

Responsibilities

Consult & Sell:

  • Assist showroom walk-ins and guide clients on fabric selection, curtain styles, blinds, and motorization systems.

Site Visits & Measuring:

  • Travel to client sites to evaluate window conditions, and take precise physical measurements.

Quotation & Follow-Up:

  • Prepare accurate cost estimates and follow up closely with clients to close sales and hit monthly targets.

Project Coordination:

  • Coordinate with the production team and schedule installers to ensure smooth delivery and installation.

Relationship Building:

  • Maintain great relationships with homeowners, interior designers, and contractors to secure referrals and repeat business.

Customer Handover:

  • Walk clients through the final installed product to ensure complete satisfaction and handle any after-sales feedback.
