Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

  • Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills, with the ability to identify quality talent.

  • Proficiency in English is required; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently.

  • Flexible work arrangement with the ability to manage your own schedule and deliver results.

  • Experience recruiting within the banking, financial services, or wealth management industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Source and identify suitable candidates for the position through various recruitment channels.

  • Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate qualifications, experience, and overall suitability for the role.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between shortlisted candidates and the hiring team.

  • Collect and submit candidates' updated CVs and contact details for further assessment.
