Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline from a recognized university.

Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in private wealth management, relationship management, or other client-facing roles within the financial services industry.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to engage effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Strong understanding of financial planning principles, investment strategies, and wealth management products, including equities, fixed income, mutual funds, and alternative investments.

Proven ability to build, manage, and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and families.

Strong sales and business development capabilities, with a demonstrated track record in acquiring new clients and growing existing portfolios to achieve revenue targets.

In-depth knowledge of the Malaysian financial market, regulatory framework, and compliance requirements related to wealth management services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients by understanding their financial goals, risk appetite, and investment preferences.

Provide comprehensive wealth planning solutions, including retirement planning, estate planning, tax optimization, and customized investment strategies tailored to clients’ needs.

Manage and grow clients’ investment portfolios by identifying and recommending suitable opportunities across various asset classes, including equities, fixed income, and alternative investments.

Conduct regular portfolio reviews to evaluate performance, adjust strategies when necessary, and proactively identify opportunities to expand client relationships.

Stay updated on market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes to deliver timely and well-informed financial advice.

Work closely with internal stakeholders such as investment specialists, tax advisors, and estate planning professionals to provide clients with holistic wealth management solutions.

Drive new business acquisition through networking, referrals, and business development initiatives to expand the firm’s private wealth portfolio.
