Requirements
1. Minimum SPM qualification.
2. Previous experience in the food & beverage industry is an advantage, but not required.
3. Friendly, positive, and customer-oriented attitude.
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
6. Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
7. Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
Responsibilities
1. Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Take customer orders and process payments accurately.
3. Prepare and serve beverages and light meals according to company standards.
4. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, counter, and workstations.
5. Refill stock and ensure products are well displayed.
6. Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues professionally.
7. Support daily café operations and perform ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.
