Requirements
1. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Assistant (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
5. Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
6. Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
7. Possess a valid driving license and own transportation is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
1. Manage the employer's daily schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
2. Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, and correspondence.
3. Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications professionally.
4. Assist with both business and personal errands as required.
5. Coordinate travel bookings, accommodation, and other logistics.
6. Perform ad hoc duties assigned by the employer from time to time.
