Join our team as a Health Sales Consultant and play a key role in providing exceptional customer experiences. As a full-time Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and selling OSIM's innovative health products at various retail locations.

• Minimum SPM qualification; retail sales experience is an advantage.

• Fresh graduates and school leavers are encouraged to apply (training provided).

• Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is an added advantage.

• Ability to speak local dialects is a plus.

• Friendly, responsible, and self-motivated.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Willingness to learn and grow in a sales-driven environment.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Customer service experience is preferred.

• Maximize all opportunities to close sales and achieve individual sales targets.

• Handle customer enquiries and requests from various platforms promptly and professionally.

• Update and maintain customer records in the system.

• Assist in resolving customer complaints tactfully and effectively.

• Maintain good relationships with customers and business partners.

• Prepare monthly reports and handle basic documentation when required.

• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and professional selling skills to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Ensure store cleanliness and conduct daily stock checks.

• Perform any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor or Area Manager.

• Basic Salary: RM3,000 + Commission + Incentives: Up to RM5,000/month
