• Minimum Diploma or SKM Level 4 in Machining, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Quality, and Mechanical fields.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with experience operating CNC machines will have an added advantage.

• Basic knowledge of CNC machining processes, engineering drawings, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T), or manufacturing operations is preferred.

• Ability to read and understand G-Code and M-Code will be an added advantage.

• Willingness to learn, develop technical skills, and work in a manufacturing environment.

About the role:
As a CNC Technician, you will be responsible for operating, setting up, and maintaining CNC machines to ensure smooth and efficient production operations. You will play a key role in supporting product quality, machine performance, and continuous improvement initiatives while working closely with production and engineering teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• CNC Machine Operation: Operate and set up CNC machines according to production requirements while ensuring machines run smoothly and efficiently.

• Machine Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine machine maintenance, update maintenance records, and assist in troubleshooting machine issues when necessary.

• Quality Inspection: Check raw materials and finished products through visual and measurement inspections to ensure they meet quality requirements.

• Machine Calibration & Monitoring: Conduct machine and equipment check before operation and perform calibration when required to ensure accurate production results.

• Production Support: Work closely with supervisors and team members to achieve production targets, improve efficiency, and support continuous improvement activities.

• Housekeeping & Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following company procedures and safety guidelines.
