Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1–4 years of experience in an HR role covering recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. Working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once.
Responsibilities
Hiring & Recruitment
Manage full-cycle recruitment: writing job postings, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and extending offers. Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build effective hiring plans. Maintain and update the ATS, ensuring a clean and organized candidate pipeline. Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, etc.) and report on hiring progress.
People Management
Serve as a point of contact for employees on HR-related questions, policies, and concerns. Support performance management processes, including check-ins, reviews, and improvement plans. Help resolve workplace conflicts and escalate complex issues appropriately. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policy.
Onboarding
Design and run new-hire onboarding, including paperwork, orientation, and first-week scheduling. Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure new hires are set up on day one. Set and track 30/60/90-day goals with managers and new employees. Gather onboarding feedback and improve the process over time.
