Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in interior design, renovation, furniture, home living, or related industries.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Proactive, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM / SFM software is a plus.
Willingness to work on weekends or public holidays according to showroom operating hours, if required.
Work-Week:
Six (6) working days

Kota Kemuning, Kajang, Semenyih, Putrajaya
Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through walk-in customers, referrals, online inquiries, and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Understand customers' requirements and recommend suitable interior design, renovation, furniture, and home living solutions.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales agreements, and follow up with customers to close sales.
Conduct product presentations and showroom consultations to showcase the company's products and services.
Coordinate with the design, project, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
Monitor project progress and provide customers with regular updates.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and after-sales support professionally.
Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and reports in the company's SFM system.
Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional events to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new products to provide effective recommendations to customers.
Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and sales procedures.
