Fluent in Chinese, with basic English and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills

Familiar with local food, shopping, and entertainment in Malaysia

Detail-oriented, responsible, organized, and able to maintain confidentiality

Possess a valid driving license with good driving skills

Comfortable driving a large MPV (Preferable)

Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role is an advantage

Manage schedules and daily arrangements

Assist with shopping, errands, and organizing items

Drive the employer when required (must be able to drive a large MPV)

Handle invoices, receipts, and related documents

Assist with bank transfers and payment arrangements

Prepare and manage contracts and other administrative tasks

Support with other ad hoc duties as assigned
