• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry / Food Science / Nutrition / or related field

• 1–2 years of experience in:

  • Product registration / regulatory compliance

  • Halal certification processes

• Knowledge of Malaysia & Singapore food regulations and halal requirements

• Strong communication skills (English required)

• Ability to work independently in a remote setup

Key Responsibilities

• Support new and renewal product notification/registrationandhalal certification processes

• Liaise with regulatory authorities to facilitate smooth product approvals

• Assist in label checking, formula validation, and regulatory compliance queries

• Ensure confidentiality of product formulations and trade secrets

• Maintain and organize regulatory documentation and records

• Communicate registration and certification status updates to internal stakeholders

• Provide support for regulatory reviews and ad-hoc compliance projects

• Share product-related regulatory information with internal and external stakeholders
