Are you the right person that we are looking for:

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM/Diploma in any field;

• Able to communicate in local dialects will be an advantage;

• At least one year experience in retail industry;

• Preferable with working experience in sports retail;

• Able to work with retail hours such as weekends and public holidays;

• Sales-oriented and good communication skill;

• Good working attitude, responsibility and punctuality

The Retail Associate is responsible in providing superior customer service, placing importance on brand experience and customer engagement. He/she will also serve as the brand ambassador, building strong relationships with the customers and meeting store targets by generating sales opportunities.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service

• Consistently demonstrate the Under Armour selling standards in order to deliver a positive customer experience and achieve daily sales goals

• Develop and implement cross-selling strategies for appropriate products

• Outfit the customer by suggesting key looks and incorporating latest trends and current promotions based on the customer’s individual style

• Remain knowledgeable on products so as to enhance customer engagement and maximize sales

• Execute efficient and effective handling of all merchandise from shipment processing, floor sets, markdown optimization and replenishment systems while maintaining backroom standards
