Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.

Familiar with full set accounts, AP, AR, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.

Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and able to meet deadlines.

Good communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.

Knowledge of SST, taxation, and statutory compliance is an added advantage.

Manage and oversee the company's general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management review.

Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations (corporate, sales, etc.).

Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies.

Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.

Support the accounting team in audit preparations and provide necessary documentation.

Maintain and update accounting records and databases, ensuring data integrity.

Collaborate with internal departments to gather financial information and support business operations.

Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.

Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and tax laws that may affect the company.
