Requirements
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Discretion and confidentiality.
High school diploma or equivalent; further qualifications are a plus.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and management.
Manage and coordinate calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails.
Assist with event planning and coordination.
Conduct research and gather information as needed.
