Possess a Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience as an Electrical Wireman or in a similar electrical installation and maintenance role.

Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.

Demonstrated ability in electrical wiring, including installation, termination, and connection of electrical components and systems.

Skilled in electrical troubleshooting to identify and resolve faults in electrical circuits and equipment.

Experience with routine electrical maintenance tasks to ensure the operational integrity of plant machinery and systems.

Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures in the manufacturing plant, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and electrical codes.

Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical equipment, including motors, control panels, and power distribution systems, to identify and address potential issues before they cause downtime.

Troubleshoot electrical malfunctions and breakdowns, diagnose the root cause of problems, and implement effective repair solutions to minimize production interruptions.

Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, outlets, and other components, ensuring proper connections and insulation.

Maintain accurate records of all electrical maintenance, repairs, and installations, including parts used and time spent, for inventory and reporting purposes.

Collaborate with other maintenance personnel and production teams to ensure the efficient operation of plant machinery and equipment.
