• Experience in forging, heat treatment, or manufacturing operations is an added advantage.

• Able to operate production machinery and follow work instructions.

• Basic knowledge of quality inspection and safety procedures.

• Physically fit and willing to work in a factory environment.

• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Heat Treatment

• Set and operate heat treatment furnace according to production and process requirements.

• Perform maintenance and inspection of furnace equipment and auxiliary systems.

• Conduct product self-inspection to ensure quality compliance.

• Assist in TUS and SAT testing activities.

• Follow safety procedures and maintain proper production records.

• Ensure proper material usage and maintain 6S workplace standards.

• Perform other duties assigned by superior.

Forging

• Operate forging equipment based on production process and technical drawings.

• Perform maintenance and inspection of forging machines and molds.

• Conduct self-inspection of forged products to ensure quality standards.

• Follow safety regulations and maintain accurate production records.

• Ensure proper usage of raw materials to minimize waste.
