Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.

  • At least 1 year in a supervisory or team leadership role.

  • Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience in customer experience management and service quality monitoring.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the Customer Service team to deliver excellent customer experience.

  • Monitor team performance, service standards, and customer satisfaction.

  • Conduct coaching, training, and performance reviews.

  • Manage manpower planning, customer engagement activities, and service operations.
