- Able to handle complaints professionally

Responsibilities
- Handle luggage repair customers (check-in, assess, explain timeline & warranty)
- Coordinate with CRM & Repair Team
- Guide customers during collection (post-repair checklist)
- Assist with customer surveys
- Basic technical checks (training provided)
- Support sales team with referral conversions
- Do Retail & CRM surveys
