Job Description

Requirements

  • Responsible for receiving customers at the counter, understanding customer needs, providing professional clothing matching and product recommendations, and promoting sales.
  • Maintain existing customer relationships, enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through quality service and personalized recommendations.
  • Actively learn product knowledge and brand culture, and be able to clearly and accurately introduce product features and advantages to customers.
  • Assist the store manager in achieving sales targets, and actively participate in the daily operations and display work of the store.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, showcase the brand image, and provide customers with a pleasant shopping experience.
  • Priority will be given to candidates with 1-2 years of experience in luxury goods sales or related retail industries.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to build good relationships with different types of customers.
  • Fluent communication skills in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome customers in a warm and professional manner, embodying the luxury brand's image and values.

  • Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations and styling advice.

  • Showcase in-depth knowledge of the brand's products, including materials, craftsmanship, heritage, and current collections, to effectively answer customer inquiries.

  • Drive sales by effectively utilizing sales techniques, clienteling strategies, and product knowledge to meet and exceed individual sales targets.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through exceptional service, follow-up, and personalized communication.

  • Assist with inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining the overall presentation and cleanliness of the boutique.

  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system, handling various payment methods.

  • Represent the brand as a knowledgeable and sophisticated ambassador, ensuring a seamless and memorable shopping experience for every client.
