Requirements
- Responsible for receiving customers at the counter, understanding customer needs, providing professional clothing matching and product recommendations, and promoting sales.
- Maintain existing customer relationships, enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through quality service and personalized recommendations.
- Actively learn product knowledge and brand culture, and be able to clearly and accurately introduce product features and advantages to customers.
- Assist the store manager in achieving sales targets, and actively participate in the daily operations and display work of the store.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, showcase the brand image, and provide customers with a pleasant shopping experience.
- Priority will be given to candidates with 1-2 years of experience in luxury goods sales or related retail industries.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to build good relationships with different types of customers.
- Fluent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome customers in a warm and professional manner, embodying the luxury brand's image and values.
Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations and styling advice.
Showcase in-depth knowledge of the brand's products, including materials, craftsmanship, heritage, and current collections, to effectively answer customer inquiries.
Drive sales by effectively utilizing sales techniques, clienteling strategies, and product knowledge to meet and exceed individual sales targets.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through exceptional service, follow-up, and personalized communication.
Assist with inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining the overall presentation and cleanliness of the boutique.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system, handling various payment methods.
Represent the brand as a knowledgeable and sophisticated ambassador, ensuring a seamless and memorable shopping experience for every client.
