Capable of performing basic maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, fixing a stuck toilet bowl, replacing a bidet, drilling holes for pictures on walls, basic wall and door painting, cleaning air conditioning units, and other similar duties.

Responds promptly to messages in the WhatsApp group.

Assists in resolving all maintenance-related issues and ad-hoc problems.

Answers calls from customer service team members and managers.

Schedules and coordinates repairs or upgrades as necessary.

Ensures that all equipment and facilities are in proper working order.

Procures the necessary materials for repairing units.
