About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Executive Personal Assistant to support the Company Director in daily operations, business development, and client engagements.

This is more than a traditional administrative role. You will work closely with the Director, accompany business trips, attend client meetings, coordinate projects, and ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a willingness to travel frequently across Malaysia.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

  • Accompany the manager on business trips, client visits, meetings, exhibitions, and corporate events.

  • Assist in meeting clients, handling enquiries, and following up on customer requests.

  • Plan and coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and meeting schedules.

  • Manage and organize the manager's daily schedule and ensure smooth execution of appointments.

  • Prepare meeting minutes, follow up on action items, and ensure tasks are completed on time.

  • Assist in preparing quotations, presentations, reports, and other business documents.

  • Coordinate communication between internal departments and external business partners.

  • Provide administrative and operational support for daily business activities and special projects.

  • Support on-site coordination during business trips, customer visits, and company events.

  • Perform other duties assigned by the manager when required.
