3-5 years of relevant experience required.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

Maintain employee records and update HR databases accurately.

Assist in the administration of employee benefits and compensation programs.

Help organize and coordinate employee training and development activities.

Assist with employee relations matters and conflict resolution.

Assist in maintaining company utilities and property assets.

Able to handle company ad hoc incidents and events.
