Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.
Minimum 4–6 yearsof experience in multimedia design withinFMCG, consumer, retail, food & beverage, lifestyle, or other fast-moving consumer brands.
Strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaign creatives, social media content, photography, and video production.
Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and market AI tools is a must.
Hands-on experience operating DSLR or mirrorless cameras, lighting equipment, and audio gear for commercial shoots.
Excellent photography composition, videography, colour grading, and video editing skills.
Strong creative thinking with the ability to work independently from concept development through final execution.
Able to research, generate ideas, and proactively recommend creative directions without requiring constant supervision.
Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to articulate creative concepts and tell compelling visual stories.
Detail-oriented with strong project management and time management skills.
Responsibilities
Conceptualize, design, and produce high-impact creative assets for both online and offline marketing campaigns.
Create engaging graphics, motion content, short-form videos, advertisements, social media content, POSM, packaging, and marketing collateral that strengthen brand identities.
Plan, shoot, and edit professional-quality photography and videography for products, lifestyle campaigns, store launches, and brand events.
Independently research market design trends, consumer acceptance, design inspirations, and emerging creative styles to continuously elevate the brand's visual direction.
Develop creative concepts and present ideas confidently with clear storytelling, rationale, and strategic thinking to internal stakeholders.
Work closely with the Marketing team to transform campaign objectives into visually compelling creative executions.
Maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints while ensuring content remains fresh, modern, and commercially effective.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Stay updated on industry trends, social media formats, AI creative tools, and emerging design technologies.
