Requirements
Minimum qualification: SPM / Higher Secondary or equivalent
At least 1 year of experience in F&B outlet or restaurant management
Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (Fluency in Mandarin is preferred due to customer interaction and reporting needs)
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Proactive, responsible, and passionate about the F&B industry
Must be willing to work in SUNWAY VELOCITY
Responsibilities
Develop, lead, and manage the outlet team toward consistent improvement
Provide hands-on training and monitor staff performance to uplift service standards
Promote and explain new menu items to enhance guest satisfaction
Resolve customer complaints effectively and ensure a positive experience
Share innovative ideas to help increase outlet sales and team performance
Collaborate with all departments to ensure smooth daily operations
