• Experience in telesales, corporate sales or customer service.

• Experience organising events, workshops or training programmes.

• Knowledge of HRDC claimable training is an advantage.

• Experience using CRM systems or AI productivity tools.

• Proactively contact potential corporate clients through calls, WhatsApp, email and LinkedIn.

• Generate new leads and schedule meetings for the Business Development team.

• Follow up on enquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with HR, Admin, Learning & Development, and corporate decision-makers.

• Recommend suitable team building, corporate events and HRDC training solutions based on clients’ objectives.

• Prepare quotations, proposals and booking confirmations.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth event and training execution.

• Achieve monthly sales targets, call targets and conversion KPIs.

• Stay updated on Bomb Battle’s latest activities, promotions and corporate offerings.

• Provide excellent customer service before, during and after every event.
