Performance Marketer (HYGR)

We are expanding our retail presence (Watsons) and self own retail channel in the mall, strengthening our online ecosystem, and building long-term repeatable growth. We are looking for a Growth Marketing Lead who can scale HYGR through data, creative experimentation, CRM, community, and full-funnel strategy.
Role Overview
The Growth Marketing Lead will own HYGR’s full growth engine — acquisition, retention, CRM, funnels, SEO, and performance creatives.
Your goal: Reduce CAC, grow LTV, and build a predictable, scalable growth system across DTC, marketplaces, and retail support.
This role works closely with Supply Chain, Retail, and Product to align demand planning and launch calendars.
Key Responsibilities
Acquisition & Performance
Build and manage paid ads strategy across Meta, TikTok, Threads, Google.
Plan structured experiments (messaging, landing pages, creatives, audiences).
Reduce CAC while maintaining ROAS and profitability.
Develop funnels for hero SKUs (especially deodorant range).
CRM, Retention & Loyalty
Build automated lifecycle flows: welcome, refill reminders, replenishment cycles, winback, loyalty.
Improve repeat purchase rate and customer LTV.
Launch refill retention programs that support sustainable consumption.
Growth Strategy & Data
Own growth dashboard: CAC, ROAS, MER, retention, LTV, attribution.
Identify growth levers through data analysis and cohort tracking.
Work with Ops Planner to ensure forecast accuracy and stock readiness.
Content & Creative Direction
Lead high-converting creative briefs for ads, landing pages, CRM, UGC.
Build a repeatable UGC pipeline with creators, BAs, and community.
Ensure storytelling stays aligned with HYGR’s brand identity.
Website & Conversion Rate Optimization
Own website strategy (Shopify).
Improve onsite conversion, product pages, bundling strategy, upsells/cross-sells.
Run A/B tests on copy, layouts, offers, and funnels.
Retail Growth Support
Support retail with cohesive digital campaigns.
Track digital-driven impact on retail sell-out.
Responsibilities
Requirements
4–7 years experience in growth, performance, or digital leadership roles.
Experience scaling a consumer brand (FMCG, beauty, personal care preferred).
Strong analytical skills; comfort with dashboards, attribution, and experimentation.
Proven ability to lower CAC and grow LTV.
Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms: Shopify, TikTok Shop, Shopee.
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability — you can plan and you can do.
