Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.

• No experience required; training will be provided.

• Experience in F&B, customer service, or as a barista is an advantage.

• Friendly, positive attitude with good communication skills.

• Passionate about customer service and hospitality.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.

• Take customer orders accurately and process payments.

• Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards.

• Serve food and beverages promptly.

• Ensure food and drinks are presented neatly and consistently.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, beverage station, and workstations.

• Replenish ingredients, packaging, and other supplies when needed.

• Assist with opening and closing duties of the outlet.

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs at all times.

• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
