• Record testing processes, results, and improvement suggestions

• Assist in creating, organizing, and updating SOPs

• Convert R&D outcomes into standardized execution processes

• Follow up on project development progress and task arrangements

• Collect market information, competitor information, and related research materials

• Assist in improving workflows and execution methods

• Prepare meeting minutes and action items

• Assist in preparing training materials and execution documents
