Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Insurance Operations / Operations Specialist. The role involves processing insurance claims, verifying claim documents, handling customer enquiries via phone and email, and ensuring all tasks are completed within defined turnaround times (TATs) while adhering to SOPs and SLAs.
Requirements
0–3 years of experience in Insurance Operations, Claims Processing, or Insurance Customer Service.
Experience in Life Insurance, Health Insurance, or Employee Benefits is preferred.
Diploma or bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Fluent in English and Mandarin (reading, writing, and speaking)with the ability tospeak Cantonese.
Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and customer service skills.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Process and assess insurance claims accurately within TAT.
Verify claim documentation and determine claim eligibility and settlement.
Handle customer enquiries through phone calls and emails.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and SLAs.
Support daily operations and other administrative tasks as assigned.
