Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with minimum 1 years of HR working experience. 

• Tech-savvy with a passion for leveraging digital systems and driving systematic, process-driven ways of working.

• Detailed oriented, organized, analytical, digital savvy

• Good interpersonal skill and being people oriented are important.

• Good command of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel & PowerPoint. Proficiency in Multimedia skills will be an added advantage

• Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage

• Location : Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam

Responsibilities :

• Take charge of all Learning Management and Resources Management.

• Manage and qualify content for Learning Management System (LMS) aligning with business goals of company.

• Involve in all other HR areas such as hiring process, HR system on attendance and pay processing, staff engagement initiatives.
