Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, or related fields.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

Detail-oriented with good numerical ability.

Fresh graduates with strong analytical aptitude are encouraged to apply.

Knowledge of AI tools and AI models (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar) is an advantage.

Experience with Python, SQL, BigQuery, Big Data platforms, or data visualization tools (e.g. Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau) is a strong bonus.

Analyze sales and inventory data to optimize stock allocation and maximize sales performance.

Plan purchase quantities and replenishment based on demand forecasts and business performance.

Monitor inventory turnover and recommend actions to improve stock efficiency.

Coordinate closely with the Buying team to track purchase orders and incoming merchandise.

Liaise with freight forwarders to monitor shipment status and ensure timely stock arrivals.

Manage inventory movements through the company's backend system.

Arrange stock transfers, pick-and-pack requests, and logistics coordination with warehouse and transportation teams.

Prepare reports and provide data-driven insights to support merchandising and business decisions.

Collaborate with the Retail, E-commerce, Warehouse, and Buying teams to ensure the right products are available at the right place and time.
