About the Role
KLGreens Malaysian Training Hub is looking for a hands-on digital marketer to own our social media presence and turn it into a genuine lead generation channel — through organic content and social media marketing campaigns. You'll also support our email/outbound lead-gen efforts as a secondary focus. We need someone who's run social media marketing campaigns before and knows how to convert engagement into actual leads, not just likes.
Job Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
Experience in digital marketing, with proven ownership of organic content and social media marketing campaigns (agency, SaaS, or education/training industry background preferred)
Hands-on experience running social media marketing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and/or LinkedIn — campaign setup, audience targeting, budget management, and optimization for lead generation (not just brand awareness)
Track record of generating measurable leads from social media (form fills, DMs, click-to-WhatsApp, etc.) — able to speak to actual numbers from past campaigns
Strong organic content strategy skills — content pillars, platform-specific tactics, community engagement across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
Working knowledge of email marketing/outbound tools .
Comfortable reading campaign data (cost-per-lead, CTR, conversion rates, reach) and turning it into concrete next actions
Excellent written English and Bahasa Malaysia — you'll be writing ad copy and captions, not just briefing others
Self-directed — able to diagnose underperforming campaigns and propose fixes without heavy supervision
Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize social media marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, with lead generation as the primary KPI
Own the organic social media content calendar across all platforms
Set up and manage lead capture mechanisms from social (lead forms, landing pages, WhatsApp click-throughs) and ensure smooth handoff to the sales team
Track and report on campaign + organic performance (cost-per-lead, reach, engagement, conversion) with clear recommendations, not just raw numbers
Manage campaign budgets responsibly and optimize spend allocation across platforms
Support outbound email campaigns.
Collaborate with the sales team to align social-generated leads with follow-up capacity
Support employer branding and recruitment marketing content as needed
