Job Description

Requirements

  • Diploma in Accounting or equivalent

  • 1–3 years working experience (forwarder industry preferred)

  • Familiar with freight forwarder billing is an advantage

  • Knowledge of accounting software (SQL / Autocount)

  • Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines

  • Able to communicate with internal teams (operations, customer service)

  • Knowledge of SST and e-invoicing is an advantage

  • Mandarin speaker preferred

Responsibilities

  • Handle accounts payable & receivable

  • Issue invoices for shipment

  • Verify supplier invoices (shipping lines, transporters, etc.)

  • Monitor collections and follow up with customers

  • Perform bank reconciliation and assist in monthly closing

  • Liaise with operation team on billing matters
