We are seeking a skilled Product Development Executive who will be a part of the product development team of our Tealive & Bask Bear Coffee Eats/Drink series. The successful candidate will work closely with the production and marketing teams to conceptualize, create and launch new products that meet customer demand and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) development for new products.

• Conduct market research to identify consumer preferences and trends in "grab & go" food and drinks products.

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop product concepts and ensure they align with overall business objectives.

• Work with the production team to create recipes and formulations that meet customer needs and preferences.

• Conduct taste tests and gather feedback from customers to refine product offerings.

• Manage the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring products are launched on time and within budget.

• Develop pricing strategies and conduct cost analyses to ensure products are profitable.

• Monitor product performance and make adjustments as needed to optimize sales and profitability.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in "grab & go" food and drinks products and make recommendations for new product development.
